At the end of August 2018, thanks to grants from John Lyon’s Charity’s School Holiday Activity Fund and Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation’s small grants scheme, we were able to take 16 young people aged 13 to 18 years old on a week-long activity residential to Avon Tyrrell, UK Youth’s Outdoor Activity Centre in the New Forest National Park.

The Sulgrave Club’s holiday activity scheme provide children from low income families with the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of stimulating and exciting social, educational and physical activities and outings for just £60 a week.
Provided in an environment in which they are listened to, respected and supported, our schemes inspire children to work and play together and to feel part of the group.
